Position Vacant—Executive Secretary (2011-2014)

A position exists in the Asian Church Women’s Conference (ACWC) for an executive secretary. The executive secretary is the implementing officer of the Asian Church Women’s Conference. The person selected for this position will be able to use their skills to ensure the proper management and administration of the affairs of the Asian Church Women’s Conference in consultation and coordination with the Executive Committee of the ACWC.

Key Selection Criteria

  • Commitment and passion for ACWC
  • Understanding of ecumenism and its relationship to ACWC
  • Ability to promote ACWC and network with other Christian organisations and ecumenical bodies
  • Ability to work as part of a team and be self-motivated
  • Excellent computer and administration skills
  • Proficient in spoken and written English skills
  • Ability to organise the ACWC calendar and deliver appropriate solutions to meet critical dates.
